All rates quoted are per week and inclusive of GST.

Booking Conditions

To book we require 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking (either by cheque or bank transfer).

The balance is payable by the first day of the month you have booked.

A refundable security bond of $2500 is also payable at this time.

Cancellations made 1 month prior to arrival date will result in a 75% refund. Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to arrival date will result in a 50% refund. Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date there will be no refund unless house is re-let (less administration fees).

Special Conditions

Weemala is a peaceful and private place to be enjoyed.

Please respect the home, the environment and preserve the harmony with our neighbours.

We reserve the right to retain some or all of your security deposit if these conditions are not complied with:

1. Care should be taken of all furniture and items in the house. Any breakages or damage to these should be reported to the house manager immediately for assessment.
2. No functions or parties are to be held at the house
3. Noise should be kept to a reasonable level at all times but especially after 8pm at night. Complaints will be dealt with according to law. Guests lease to be terminated/or significant bond deductions made if police intervention is called (each issue independently dealt with)
4. Care should be taken of all furniture and items in the house. Any breakages or damage to these should be reported to the house manager immediately for assessment.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. No smoking is allowed inside the house.
7. Garbage has set nights and only bins with lids securely down will be taken.It is guests responsibility to put out the garbage.Any excess rubbish is charged at $ 44.00 per hour to come and remove.
8. If guests stay 2 weeks or more it is necessary to have linen changed and a clean throughout stay. Any clean above what is deemed “normal” will be charged at an hourly rate of $30.00.

We note that our house managers are also authorised to ask you leave the house if they feel that proper care is not being taken of the property or these conditions are not being complied with.
